Why this role
We're building the core platform for AI-driven social media automation: publishing workflows, queue pipelines, AI integrations, and a Vue 3 product surface that business users can rely on. This role owns work across the stack, from data models and jobs to user-facing UI. You'll ship practical features and help shape the technical direction of an early product.
What you'll do
- Build features end-to-end across Laravel 12, Vue 3, and Inertia.js
- Design and optimize real-time systems (WebSockets via Reverb, Redis queue pipelines)
- Integrate AI services (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI) into production workflows
- Own technical decisions and architecture in a fast-moving, early-stage codebase
- Write focused tests for backend workflows and critical frontend behavior
- Review code, mentor teammates, and help establish engineering patterns as the team grows
What we're looking for
- 5+ years full-stack experience with PHP/Laravel and Vue or React
- Experience with queue-based architectures and background job processing
- Comfort with AI/LLM integration patterns (prompt engineering, streaming, tool use)
- Track record of shipping features in fast-moving startups or small teams
- Strong product judgment and a pragmatic approach to code quality
Nice to have
- Experience with Inertia.js or similar server-driven SPA frameworks
- Familiarity with Stripe billing integration (Laravel Cashier)
- Background in B2B SaaS for regulated industries

- You've shipped several user-facing features and own a meaningful product area
- Important workflows have focused test coverage and clear operational behavior
- You've introduced at least one engineering pattern or tool the team keeps using
Compensation
$140,000-$185,000/year
