Essential supports a single Owner account. The Team plan adds unlimited team member seats and the full collaboration feature set. Upgrade in Billing when you are ready to bring more people in.
The MVP role model is Owner and Member. Owners have full access including billing, brand settings, and team management. Members can view everything and create, edit, and manage posts but cannot change billing, brand configuration, or team membership.
Approval mode routes generated posts to a queue where any team member can review, edit, approve, or reject before scheduling. Multi-stage approval (for example, content owner then legal) is on the roadmap.
For the MVP each organization represents one brand. Agencies and multi-brand operators can create multiple organizations and switch between them from the sidebar.
Pending posts appear in the dashboard with attention indicators. Email notifications for the approval queue are configurable per user in notification settings.
