Common questions

Frequently asked questions

What does Autopilot actually do without human review?+

Autopilot generates posts on your defined weekly cadence per platform, scores each one 0 to 100 against your brand voice, and publishes automatically unless a post falls below your brand score threshold (default 70), in which case it routes to the approval queue instead of going live. You set the rest of the guardrails too: maximum posts per day, blocked topics, and preferred posting windows.

How do we set guardrails so Autopilot stays on-brand?+

Guardrails are configured in the autopilot setup wizard: weekly cadence per platform, posting times, maximum posts per day, off-limits topics, and a brand score threshold below which posts get flagged for review instead of auto-publishing.

Can we pause Autopilot at any time?+

Yes. You can switch the entire organization off Autopilot and back to approval mode at any time. Pausing does not delete scheduled posts; they remain in the queue until you act on them.

What happens if Autopilot generates a post we do not like after it publishes?+

Every published post is editable and removable from the platform. You can also mark posts as a negative signal so the learning loop avoids similar content in future generations.

How does Autopilot decide when and what to post?+

Topic selection draws from your content strategy, brand intelligence signals for your industry, and recent post history to avoid repetition. Timing comes from your configured posting cadence and recommended times for your industry.
