Why this role
FlyingToast needs a hands-on growth builder who can help turn a strong product into a repeatable go-to-market motion. This is not a big-company marketing leadership role. You will write, test, interview, ship, measure, and sell the story directly to the corporate teams that need on-brand social media without adding headcount.
What you'll do
- Run practical growth experiments across founder-led outbound, LinkedIn, content, email, SEO, partnerships, and small paid tests
- Interview prospects and customers to sharpen ICP, positioning, objections, and conversion paths
- Write high-quality landing page copy, social posts, guides, launch materials, and case-study drafts
- Own funnel instrumentation from first touch through trial signup and paid conversion
- Support demos, follow-ups, and sales materials for early B2B opportunities
- Turn winning experiments into repeatable playbooks without overbuilding the process too early
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS growth, product marketing, demand generation, founder-led sales support, or a comparable operator role
- Strong writing ability across short-form, long-form, sales enablement, and conversion copy
- Comfort building lightweight funnels, dashboards, and attribution from incomplete early-stage data
- Customer curiosity: you want to talk to buyers, understand objections, and refine the market from evidence
- Hands-on execution style. You can create the asset, run the campaign, analyze the result, and adjust quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing AI/ML products to non-technical buyers
- Network in legal, finance, or healthcare marketing circles
- Experience with product-led growth motions alongside sales-assisted B2B deals
- Basic design or no-code ability for landing page and campaign iteration

- Trial signups and qualified conversations are growing from measured channels
- At least one acquisition motion is repeatable enough to keep investing in

$120,000-$160,000/year
